Dining

A Hong Kong institution since 1953, Gaddi’s has continually enticed diners with its superb, Michelin-starred French gastronomy and timeless glamour. The opulent dining room, adorned with glittering crystal chandeliers and ornate mirrors provides an apt setting for Chef Albin Gobil’s haute cuisine and accompanying fine wines.

Chef Albin’s “modern-classic” menus encompass both quintessentially French preparations – Foie gras terrine, Anjou pigeon, Tartare de bœuf, Langue de veau. Wine pairings from Chef Sommelier Marc Le Gallic further elevate the rarefied offerings.

Meet The Chef Fresh Talent at Gaddi’s

Gaddi’s kitchen is helmed by Chef Albin Gobil, whose culinary creativity and culinary prowess have been refined over the years in some of Europe’s top dining destinations. An alumni of two-Michelin-starred restaurants L’Atelier de Joel Robuchon and Helene Darroze at the Connaught, Albin Gobil’s cooking style spans the realm of modern classic cuisine with a deep understanding of ingredients and a heady dose of creativity.

The Gaddis Trio

“It is an honour to be a part of a restaurant with a history as rich and compelling as Gaddi’s. I so love upholding its world-class standards on French fine dining while bringing my own taste for modern-classic creativity to the mix.”
