An à la carte menu showcasing authentic Continental and Southeast Asian delights is served throughout the day.

Meet The Chef
Andy Cheng

Having joined The Peninsula since 1996 as The Lobby Sous Chef, Andy has more than 30 years’ experience in the culinary field. He was promoted as The Lobby Chef in 2000 specialising in international cuisine. "I draw culinary inspiration from my own travelling experiences, being able to understand different cultures is a significant part in creating authentic cuisine with a twist," he says. Andy has ventured to France, Italy, Switzerland, United States, Japan and Thailand, and whenever he travels, he loves to visit local restaurants and explore new cooking ideas.
