- Peninsula Time: Letting you arrive earlier, stay longer.
Now that travel has become more complicated, we understand that extra time is one of the most meaningful gifts we can give to our guests. That’s why, beginning January 2021, guests at all Peninsula properties can take advantage of Peninsula Time – a programme that allows for fully flexible check-in and check-out. With Peninsula Time, you can arrange to have your room ready as early as 6:00 am on your arrival date and check out as late as 10:00 pm on your departure date, at no extra charge when you book directly or with your preferred travel advisor. Black-out dates apply for Peninsula Time and is only applicable to particular booking channels. Kindly check the terms and conditions at the time of booking or consult with our reservations agent or your preferred travel advisor.
Guaranteed connecting rooms make family-and-friends stays easy.
Our company recognizes the critical importance of gathering with loved ones, especially during challenging times. Our new booking benefit is designed to make stays with family and friends easier than ever. Beginning 1 January 2021, when you reserve one of our elegantly appointed rooms or suites directly via our website or with your preferred travel advisor, you will also be able to select and confirm a connecting room or suite. The security of knowing you’ll have a shared space to enjoy with your loved ones means you can spend more time planning activities to enjoy together on your trip.
Right Connection: Special connecting-room rates to facilitate togetherness.
As of January 1, 2021, when you book connecting rooms or suites directly online or with your preferred travel advisor, you will also be able to take advantage of The Right Connection offer , which provides:
• 20% off the room rate when booking two connecting rooms
• 25% off the room rate when booking a connecting room and suite
• Daily breakfast for each guest staying in a connecting room or suite
• US$100 credit at hotel restaurants or spa during the stay

New cancellation policies allow better planning, greater flexibility.
Perhaps more than ever, we appreciate that rescheduling travel is sometimes unavoidable. Beginning 1 January 2021, our new cancellation policies, which will apply to bookings made at all Peninsula properties, aim to provide consistency and adjustability when your plans change. The new policies include:
• A standardised cancellation time for all Peninsula properties for general bookings: 3:00 pm, local time, one day prior to arrival.
• Luxury in Advance, an early-bird booking offer at a preferential rate available in all Peninsula properties, allows guests to change reservations without penalty for up to 12 months from the original booking date.
• Waived cancellation fees for group and banqueting bookings made through 30 June 2021 (regardless of the event date), with an option of refunding or rescheduling of the event up to 12 months from the original event date. Thereafter, for all confirmed Group & Banqueting Bookings, based on local government social distancing policies and guidance, flexibility will be considered regarding cancellation fees and re-booking the event up to six months from the original event date.

Our newly launched collection of scented guestroom amenities allows us to honour both of these pledges. Custom-created by local fragrance curators to embody the essence of each Peninsula locale, these amenities – including shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body milk, and soap – offer a delightful sensory immersion in your hotel’s destination. The products are made with natural ingredients and come in recyclable aluminium packaging; additional amenities like shower caps, toothbrushes, and razors have also been redesigned with sustainable, plastic-free materials such as corn starch, wheat, wood, and recycled metal.
PenChat: Providing round-the-clock, contactless service.
The Peninsula Hotels’ recently launched PenChat, a 24-hour private e-concierge service, lets you experience the ultimate in personalised attention. Without the trouble of downloading a new app, PenChat allows you to text requests and questions to your hotel’s concierge team from instant messaging apps you already use on your mobile devices (including WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, WeChat or LINE). No matter what time of day or night you reach out with PenChat, you’ll receive real-time replies, in both English and the local language of your hotel, addressing your needs. The service ensures that every aspect of your stay is attended to – from dining and transport reservations to local activity recommendations to in-room delivery of special items like extra pillows – quickly and securely.
