The Lobby's A la Carte Breakfast features plant-based dishes such as Smoothie Bowls, Channa Masala. Also on the menus is an organic Buckwheat Pancake served with Mixed Nuts, Yogurt, Berries.
The Lobby's A la Carte All-Day Dining features a selection of nutritious dishes such as Broccoli & Kale Soup with Cashew Cream and Flaxseed Oil, Tomato Soup with Tomato Basil Salad and Tomato Coriander Jam, and Natural Peninsula Sorbet featuring Pistachi and Almond. Guests can also custom-create their own Energy Booster Smoothies and sip signature organic teas.
The Naturally Peninsula Breakfast Buffet features freshly made organic fruit and vegetable juices and Vitamin booster teas. Buffet delights include plant-based cold dishes made with organically farmed broccoli, tomatoes, carrots, leafy cabbage and beetroot, plus healthy grains, nuts and seeds. A DIY Breakfast Bowl Station enables guests to mix their own dressings by combining healthy Grape Seed Oil, Walnut Oil, Apple Cider Vinegar, Balsamic and Rice Vinegar. The culinary team has also added a verrine section featuring overnight steel-cut oats, and plant-based yogurt with chia seeds, acai, and raspberries.
Huang Ting Naturally Peninsula Set Menu includes a selection of nutritious mushrooms such as morels, porcini and black fungus, paired with seasonal vegetables.
Inspired by elements and colours of the interior design of Yun Summer Lounge, the Naturally Peninsula Mocktails collection is created with plant-based ingredients such as passion fruit, coconut water, guava and banana with exquisite shapes.
