Delectable seafood creations such as Maine Lobster with Ponzu Sauce, Duck Foie Gras Dumpling and Atlantic Black Cod will tantalise the tastebuds. Miso-glazed Wagyu beef M5 with smoked eggplant is made for sharing with some special. An Exotic Vacherin dessert of Coconut Ice Cream, Mango Sorbet and Passion Fruit Caramel Custard brings an exquisite meal to a satisfying crescendo.

For diners seeking a truly unforgettable gastronomic experience, the Chef’s Table at Jing is an intimate private venue for up to twelve guests. The chic design features large windows looking directly into the kitchen, enabling diners to watch our Chef and the team prepare an exquisite menu ready to be served on fine tableware.

Guests who book this summertime Chef’s Table experience will enjoy a private guided tour of the Jing kitchen with our Executive Chef, where they will learn about a little-known culinary secret. The chef team prepares Jing’s sumptuous Michelin-starred cuisines on a luxury Molteni professional stove. Founded in an artisan workshop in Saint-Uze France in 1923, Molteni stoves have turned the gastronomic dreams of iconic chefs, including the two Michelin-starred French chef Paul Bocuse, into exquisite reality for almost 100 years.

The five-course Michelin Star Experience dinner is served each evening at Jing, priced at RMB 5888 for 6 persons, including a bottle of Champagne.
