Los talentosos chefs de Yi Long Court  aportan  al restaurante su experiencia y pasión por la cocina al ofrecer un menú de comida clásica como la carne asada al estilo Hong Kong, mariscos vivos cocinados a pedido, platos distintivos que incluyen vieiras fritas en sartén y rellenas con camarones picados en salsa de alubias negras, y el tradicional pato laqueado que se sirve en dos platos.

Diners at Yi Long Court can enjoy exquisite Cantonese dishes, regional Chinese and dim sum favourites, plus inventive creations inspired by the culinary travels of Michelin-starred Executive Chinese Chef Tsui Wai Fai . Chef Tsui Wai Fai joins the Peninsula culinary team as Executive Chef of Chinese Cuisine from his last position at Hotel ICON Hong Kong. Chef Tsui has accumulated almost two decades’ worth of professional experiences across Greater China and Japan, including holding tenure at Fook Lam Moon Restaurant at Galaxy Macau and a five-year run at The Peninsula Hong Kong’s Spring Moon restaurant.

A lot of the food on my menu is very traditionally Cantonese. The preparation aims at presenting the original flavor of the used ingredients without losing its nutrients. On top of that, I would attempt to put a spin to the traditional dishes to enhance the dining experience.
