At Hei Fung Terrace, guests are invited to enjoy handcrafted dim sum in a warm, lively setting. Available through June 30, 2026, this limited-time evening experience offers an elegant way to gather over Cantonese cuisine.
A Menu Centered on Dim Sum
The six-course, sharing-style menu features much-loved Chinese classics, including Peking duck to begin. A highlight of the evening is the tableside presentation of seven varieties of handcrafted dim sum, bringing a lively sense of occasion to the table.
Pairings to Complement Each Course
To complement the experience, guests may choose either a non-alcoholic tea pairing thoughtfully selected by Hei Fung Terrace’s Chinese Tea Master, or an alcoholic pairing curated by our sommelier.
