Mastering The Classic Cocktails
The Peninsula Hong Kong is also delighted to introduce a series of hands-on, 90-minute mixology masterclass, “Mastering the Classic Cocktails,” which will teach participants how to create five classic cocktails from The Bar menu at home. Offered to groups of four people per class, the programme explains the history of the drinks, the equipment and spirits involved, as well as mixing techniques and tasting.
