There is no need to download a new app. Just connect via a QR code or a dedicated hyperlink in a pre-arrival email and hotel booking confirmation. 

PenChat automatically connects our hotel teams to the trusted chat interface installed on your phone – such as WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, WeChat or LINE.

To make PenChat even more convenient, the service is provided in English and the local language of each hotel.
