An elegant destination for classic Cantonese cuisine, Mei Jiang occupies a refined, airy dining room with views over our resort’s tropical gardens and the Chao Phraya River. An array of traditional specialties and dim sum are served here, at both lunch and dinnertime.

Expertly crafted by Chinese Executive Chef Ho King Yip, Mei Jiang’s menus showcase the finest locally and internationally sourced ingredients in an array of authentic Cantonese preparations. À la carte offerings include flavourful soups, delicious noodle and rice dishes, exquisitely fresh seafood, and sumptuous barbecued meats. Bountiful dim sum choices, like delectable steamed, baked, and Wok-fried dumplings and buns, are also available at lunch. All dishes are served family-style, and can be paired with fine libations or premium artisanal tea selections.

For the ultimate Cantonese culinary journey, we invite you to experience the Mei Jiang Exclusive: a sublime, nine-course course evening meal, available for just one table (up to four people) per night.

 

* Please note that Mei Jiang adheres to a smart-casual dress code. No beachwear, sportswear, robes or slippers are permitted in the dining room. Gentlemen are required to wear long trousers and closed-toe shoes.
