Mediation:


In the case of a dispute between The Peninsula Paris and a consumer, we will endeavor to find an amicable solution.

If no amicable agreement can be reached, the consumer may refer the matter free of charge to the consumer ombudsman responsible for the professional, named AME CONSO, within one year of the written complaint sent to the professional.

Right of withdrawal:

In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal may not be exercised for contracts for the provision of accommodation services other than residential accommodation, goods transport services, car hire, catering or leisure activities which are to be provided on a specific date or period.

Bloctel :

Article L. 223-1 of the French Consumer Code gives the Customer the right to register free of charge on a telephone anti-solicitation list: Bloctel (www.bloctel.gouv.fr) in order to avoid being contacted by a professional by telephone. Registration on this opposition list will not prevent telephone communication between The Peninsula Paris and the Customer under the contract between them.
