- The rate shown is subject to 10% Consumption Tax, 15% Service charge and JPY200 Tokyo accommodation tax per person per night.
- Estimated time of arrival and departure must be provided at least 24 hours prior to arrival for "Peninsula Time". "Hospitality Room" is provided for if the originally booked room category is not available. Blackout dates apply
- Please indicate the following details when making a reservation: Dog name, Breed, Weight, Birthday, and whether or not a dog cage is required (additional charge of JPY 3,300 will be appliied)
- Please indicate the preferred time for dinner at The Nest on the "additional details and preferences" field available on the reservation page. The Nest private dining room will be available for a maximum of 2.5 hours and only one dog is allowed per dinner experience.
- Meals at The Nest for the dog owner are not included in the room package and shall be charged on a per consumption basis.
- Peninsula Page Dog uniforms and The Peninsula branded dog bed and bowl are provided for on complimentary rental basis. Items are limited in quantity and are subject to availability.
- For Suites reservations:
- Complimentary beverages from the mini-bar are applicable for non-alcoholic items only. Alcoholic beverages and food items from the mini bar do not apply. The mini-bar will be restocked once per day during turndown service

- Up to two (2) children aged 11 and below can stay at no extra cost in an adult's room. A baby cot (for babies up to 24 months old) or an extra bed may be arranged upon request at no extra charge. Please notify Reservations team by email (reservationptk@peninsula.com) should you be staying with children so that the necessary arrangements may be made prior to your arrival.
- Children over 12 years old are considered as an adult at The Peninsula Tokyo
- Only 1 extra bed or Baby crib is allowed to be set up per room due to The Fire Protection Act in Japan
