Terms and Conditions:

  • From 13 February until 31 December 2023, for every room night you stay with us, we will make a donation equal to the local currency of EUR 10 per night to aid Türkiye’s earthquake survivors. Click here to find out more
  • The rate shown is subject to JPY 200 Tokyo accommodation tax per person per night. Any surcharges are likewise subject to tax and service charge
  • Estimated time of arrival and departure must be provided at least 24 hours prior to arrival for "Peninsula Time". "Hospitality Room" is provided for if the originally booked room category is not available. Blackout dates apply
  • Please indicate the following details when making a reservation: Dog name, Breed, Weight, Birthday, and whether or not a dog cage is required (additional charge of JPY 3,300 will be applied)
  • Peninsula Page Dog uniforms and The Peninsula branded dog bed and bowl are provided for on complimentary rental basis. Items are limited in quantity and are subject to availability
  • For Suites reservations:
    - Complimentary beverages from the mini-bar are applicable for non-alcoholic items only. Alcoholic beverages and food items from the mini bar do not apply. The mini-bar will be restocked once per day during turndown service
    - For the MINI Concierge Service, reservations are accepted from 3 pm the day before the intended day of use. Please visit our transportation desk for reservations and inquiries

  • Up to two (2) children aged 11 and below can stay at no extra cost in an adult's room. A baby cot (for babies up to 24 months old) or an extra bed may be arranged upon request at no extra charge. Please notify Reservations team by email (reservationptk@peninsula.com) should you be staying with children so that the necessary arrangements may be made prior to your arrival
  • Children over 12 years old are considered as an adult at The Peninsula Tokyo
  • Only 1 extra bed or Baby crib is allowed to be set up per room due to The Fire Protection Act in Japan
  • This offer is subject to availability. Blackout dates may apply which will vary depending on hotel policy
  • Cancellation policy: Three days prior to arrival date at 3:00 pm to avoid 1 night penalty. 1 night charge shall be applied in case of cancellation or no-show
  • The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other programmes or other promotions, corporate rate, contract rate or group rate
  • In case of any dispute, The Peninsula Hotels Group reserves the right of interpretation to the extent permitted by the applicable laws
