Awarded one Michelin star by The Michelin Guide Shanghai 2020, Yi Long Court’s signature dishes include steamed crab and crab roe with garlic and glutinous rice, crispy pigeon smoked with premier oolong tea and crispy beef brisket with Chinese gravy.

Diners at Yi Long Court can enjoy exquisite Cantonese dishes, regional Chinese and dim sum favourites, plus inventive creations inspired by the culinary travels of Michelin-starred Executive Chinese Chef Tsui Wai Fai . Chef Tsui Wai Fai joins the Peninsula culinary team as Executive Chef of Chinese Cuisine from his last position at Hotel ICON Hong Kong. Chef Tsui has accumulated almost two decades’ worth of professional experiences across Greater China and Japan, including holding tenure at Fook Lam Moon Restaurant at Galaxy Macau and a five-year run at The Peninsula Hong Kong’s Spring Moon restaurant.
A lot of the food on my menu is very traditionally Cantonese. The preparation aims at presenting the original flavor of the used ingredients without losing its nutrients. On top of that, I would attempt to put a spin to the traditional dishes to enhance the dining experience.
