The first restaurant to offer a world-class, fine-dining experience in Hong Kong, Gaddi’s has been delighting the city’s most discerning palates. Following on from the popularity of the restaurant’s recent pressed duck promotion, guests who visit Gaddi’s this summer will experience a menu that uses the same classic technique to prepare three intriguing pressed lobster creations. Available during June and July for a minimum of two people, it also offers guests the opportunity to choose between Boston or Brittany lobsters.
Famous for its succulent flavour, the Brittany lobsters is a delight for the palate and the eye with its fine, firm flesh and elegant black armour tinged with blue highlight, while Boston lobster from Canada is best known for its big, strong claws with a tender texture and sweet, fresh flavour. The two prized-catches promise the ultimate enjoyment for seafood lovers with their own charm.
The menu begins on a light, fresh note courtesy of Lobster, foie gras ravioli and artichoke with consommé, fresh and ginger. The second course is Lobster tail with fennel, lardo di colonnata, potato and vanilla and the sauce is prepared by the one-of-a-kind antique sterling silver duck press created exclusively by Christofle to tickle your taste buds, while the third course features Lobster claws with savoury cabbage, parmesan and thermidor sauce.
In addition to the lobster delicacies, guests are invited to savour a range of the classic French flambé desserts, such as Crêpes Suzette, served flambéed will create a unique aroma and extraordinary visual effect for guests to enjoy.
Priced at HK$ 2,880* for two blue Brittany lobsters (serves two) or HK$ 2,380* for two Boston lobsters (serves two), the menu is available at Gaddi’s during lunch and dinner in June and July only.
