Spectacular sundowner celebrations are back at Yun Summer Lounge. Nestled on the 15th floor of The Peninsula Beijing, the capital’s hottest rooftop venue reopens on 28th March 2025. Guests can gather with friends or loved ones on the fashionable lounge terrace ornamented with Chinese design motifs to sip cocktails mixed with fresh Chinese ingredients, enjoy signature snacks by Executive Chef Alessandro Fontanesi and share breath-taking evening views over the capital.

The hotel’s mixology team has curated a refreshed selection of Five Elements cocktails using Chinese liquors as the base. Each hand-crafted cocktail draws creative inspiration from the imperial architectural styles of Yun Summer Lounge. They poetically interpret the elemental symbolism of metal, wood, water, fire and earth to craft an array of white, green, black, red and yellow cocktails. Blending timeless aesthetics with natural sensory elements reimagines Chinese cultural traditions to enchant guests.

This season, Yun Summer Lounge also invites guests to embark on a delectable journey with every sip of The Pengroni. Established in 1928, The Peninsula Hotels group is now operating prestigious properties in twelve major cities around the globe. Each hotel is designed to embrace the local culture, style, and history, making a stay at any Peninsula Hotel an integral part of the experience. To celebrate these twelve Peninsula properties, we have created 12 different Negronis featuring the uniqueness of each venue to bring you on a world Peninsula tour.
