Casual-yet-elegant alfresco dining can be enjoyed while relaxing alongside our expansive Bosphorus-front swimming pool. Food and drinks can be taken at any of our three private poolside cabanas, each of which has its own dining table. Service is also offered at individual, umbrella-shaded dining lounges, as well as all single or double sun chairs surrounding the pool. Between late afternoon and late evening, playlists curated by our in-house DJ enhance the mellow, upbeat atmosphere.

An extraordinary culinary experience awaits at Abelia, our casual-yet-elegant poolside restaurant with stunning views over the Bosphorus. Through the summer season, our culinary team presents a vibrant collection of Spanish-Mediterranean dishes created in partnership with Spanish Chef Diego Guerrero, whose Madrid restaurant DSTAgE holds two Michelin stars.

The menu of Abelia x Diego Guerrero showcases the Mediterranean’s finest ingredients and most distinctive flavours, prepared with artful and contemporary flair. The light, fresh cuisine – paired with gentle sea breezes, hints of fragrance from our blooming gardens, and artisanal cocktails or local and internationally sourced wines – offers a delectable celebration of summertime.
