Currently available at seven of The Peninsula Hotels worldwide, the curated menu of Subtle Energies spa experiences combines therapeutic massage and reflexology, aromatherapy and marma therapy, Ayurvedic and yoga techniques coupled with active aromatic blends and essential oils to deliver immediate and visible results.
The selection of signature spa journeys, such as a Blissful Marma Massave, Sleep Support Therapy and Recovering Traveller Treatment, have each been created to address a specific concern, such as aging, hormonal imbalance, jet lag and fatigue, and restoring a healthy sleep pattern.
Utilising over 25 years of cutting-edge clinical research, Subtle Energies was founded on authentic Ayurveda principles by Farida Irani in 1993.
