Executive Pastry Chef Dimitri Fayard is pleased to present “Chocolate at The Pen,” Chicago’s premier chocolate bar in The Lobby at The Peninsula Chicago. “Chocolate at The Pen” takes place Friday and Saturday evenings and promises sweet satisfaction for those looking for a little indulgence after dinner and features a selection of one- and two-bite elegant chocolate desserts and petite chocolate delicacies as well as coffee, cappuccino or espresso.
For guests dining in The Lobby or Shanghai Terrace, the Chocolate Bar experience can be added as the dessert course for US$ 20 per person.
