The menu features nine savory bites and three sweets, each crafted to reflect the richness of Japan’s seasonal bounty. Among the highlights are a Scallop Confit Tart layered with baba ganoush and muscat, and a vibrant Falafel finished with cooling yogurt and pink pepper — both offering a satisfying balance of flavor and finesse.
