In 2024, The Peninsula Tokyo was once again named a Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star hotel, the nineth consecutive year that the hotel has received the coveted ranking in the publisher’s annual announcement of the world’s finest properties. The hotel’s Peninsula Spa also received Forbes Five-Star status for the tenth year in a row. Furthermore, in 2017, the hotel was named Best Hotel in Tokyo, voted by Travel + Leisure readers globally in its annual World's Best Awards.
