As part of our commitment to help you achieve your fitness goals, we are pleased to provide in-room exercise equipment in the form of a yoga mat and a stretch pole for resident suite guests on a complimentary basis.

Self-Shiatsu Workshop by Takashi Namikoshi

Achieve a renewed sense of energy with the Japanese ancient therapeutic massage therapy of Shiatsu, aimed to be healing, relaxing, and soul nurturing. Takashi Namikoshi, the grandson of the founding father of Shiatsu, will incorporate mindfulness into the practice of Shiatsu, helping you to become more self-aware about your bodywork.
