The July menu highlights seasonal ingredients and contemporary techniques, from delicate starters such as ikura chawanmushi (a savory Japanese egg custard with salmon roe) and kegani crab cocktail (Japanese hair crab) to fresh salads, curated cold cuts, and artisanal breads. Signature live stations and an indulgent dessert selection complete the offering, featuring favorites such as The Peninsula Tokyo Mango Pudding, Basque cheesecake, and mille-feuille with Okayama peach.
Set against sweeping views of the Tokyo skyline and accompanied by DJ music, the experience unfolds in a relaxed yet sophisticated setting, ideal for leisurely weekends with family, friends, or fellow brunch enthusiasts.
