Guests will also enjoy an engaging talk by Mr. Taichi Yamazaki, the winery’s fourth-generation owner, and Mr. Kei Shimomura of the Mikasa Geopark Promotion Council, offering insights into the region’s natural heritage and winemaking legacy.
