Professional personal trainers are at guests’ disposal to offer expert advice and guidance at The Fitness Centre, which is fully equipped with the latest Life Fitness gym equipment, comprehensive free weights, treadmills, cardiovascular equipment and exercise balls. All machines have built-in TV and audio facilities.
Guests must be 12 years of age or older in order to utilise the fitness facility.
Membership
The Peninsula Shanghai presents the Peninsula Wellness membership, an exclusive fitness, spa, restaurants and hotel programme. Lifetime membership is strictly by invitation and the annual fee is RMB 46,000.
Members will enjoy full access to the Fitness Centre, swimming pool, private lockers, complimentary parking and four one-day guest access passes. In addition, members are offered 15% discuount on all treatments at The Peninsula Spa, personal fitness classes and meals ordered at the pool terrace..
