Chef Ma’s passion for gastronomy dates back to his childhood, beginning his career as an apprentice cook at the tender age of 17. Chef Ma brings to the fore traditional Cantonese cuisine, incorporating typical Hong Kong specialities and putting the emphasis on fish, seafood, dim sum and authentic cuisine.
