Originally from Mortagne-au-Perche, in Normandy, Chef Bizet developed an early appreciation of food – and the agriculture that produced it – by spending time on his grandparents’ farm. After receiving his vocational diploma in Caen in 1997, he embarked on his culinary career with an appointment as Demi Chef de Partie at the Four Seasons Hotel George V, in Paris. He remained at the hotel for 18 years, eventually taking on the role of Chef at Le V restaurant in 2014, and then of Chef at L’Orangerie restaurant where, in 2017, he was awarded his first Michelin star.  In 2018, Chef Bizet moved on to join the team at Paris’s storied Le Taillevent restaurant, where he received his second Michelin star in January 2020.

Now, Chef Bizet will be bringing his acclaim and award-winning cuisine to The Peninsula Paris. His characteristic focus on the freshest and most exceptional seasonal produce will inform his approach at all the restaurants at the elegant Avenue Kléber establishment.
