Delicious Special Menus and Confections

For Easter this year, The Peninsula Paris hotel invites visitors to reconnect with the most extraordinary childhood dreams and discover a world filled with chocolate surprises.

The hotel will serve two special brunches on Easter Sunday and the following Monday (12 and 13 April 2020). These traditional buffet brunches will offer a variety of sweet and savoury dishes, served at stations around Le Lobby restaurant. In keeping with the sweet traditions of the holiday, chocolate in all its forms will take pride of place. Gourmets will delight in the extensive selection of chocolate patisserie creations, such as chocolate flan, crispy chocolate praline cylinders, chocolate choux pastries, chocolate tartlets and salted caramel, beautifully marbled madeleines, and chocolate eggs filled with light hazelnut mousse.

Guests on Sunday 12 April will also enjoy a performance with singers and dancers accompanied by live musicians.

An Exquisite Easter Treat from Chef Dominique Costa

The Peninsula Paris’s chef, Dominique Costa, will introduce a unique creation for the Easter holiday – one that evokes the magic of childhood fairgrounds.

The Carousel Egg is made entirely from the highest quality Manjari Valrhona chocolate. It consists of a delicate, dark-chocolate shell infused with zingy red berry notes; displayed within the egg are three artfully formed chocolate carousel horses – one made of white Opalys chocolate with a hint of vanilla, another from buttery “blond” Dulcey chocolate, and the third from dark Manjari chocolate. Each flavour delights both the palates and the imagination of children and adults.

Peninsula Family Time

For those wishing to maximize family enjoyment during the Easter holiday, The Peninsula Paris is offering a special family-friendly promotion. Visitors who book a room or suite can also book an adjoining room at a 50 percent discount, for a maximum of two children (aged under twelve). The offer includes breakfast for the whole family (up to two adults and two children), a free child’s meal for any lunch or dinner taken at Le Lobby restaurant and use of the hotel swimming pool for the whole family.

All children staying at the hotel can also take part in the traditional Easter Egg Hunt held in the hotel on Sunday 12 April.
