The Peninsula Hotels Remains the Only Hotel Brand to Achieve Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star Status Across its Entire Portfolio

24/02/2020

For a second successive year, The Peninsula Hotels receives the coveted Five-Star rating for each of its ten properties.

Forbes Travel Guide (FTG) announces its 2020 Five-Star Awards, which reveal that The Peninsula Hotels is once again the only hotel brand to achieve the highest possible FTG rating for all of its hotels worldwide. In 2019, The Peninsula Hotels became the first and only brand in the 61-year history of the FTG awards to receive Five-Star ratings across each hotel in its portfolio.

Retaining this prized accolade for a second year illustrates the unyielding dedication of teams at ten hotels to provide guests with peerless service and unforgettable experiences. As the world’s leading luxury hotel brand, The Peninsula Hotels has a proud heritage of elegance and glamour enhanced by proprietary in-room technology and customised transportation to arrive, travel and depart in style.

In addition to all ten Peninsula hotels garnering Five-Star status, individual hotels also achieved notable accomplishments:

 - The Peninsula Hong Kong is among 13 hotels to win triple Five-Star status, with top rankings for their hotel, restaurant (Gaddi’s) and spa.
 - The Peninsula Beverly Hills is one of just 11 hotels to receive a Five-Star Rating for more than 20 years.
 - The Peninsula Spa Hong Kong and The Peninsula Spa New York join 13 other spas meriting a Five-Star rating for more than 10 years.
