•     Helicopter reservations must be made at least seven (7) days prior to the transaction. Inquiries may be made through the Hotel concierge or directly with the Air Taxi.
•     Discounts are applicable to passengers only. Full rate to be applied to any additional passengers.
•     All helicopter flights are strictly limited from 9:00am – 5:00pm.
•     All helicopter tour bookings require 50% down payment at the time of reservation. 50% remaining shall be settled a day prior to the transaction.
•     All children under two (2) years old are discouraged. Waiver form to be accomplished should guest insist.
•     All payment may be settled via payment link or by credit card at the Front Desk.
•     Upon booking, a confirmation letter will be created, affixed signature by the guest and sent back to the Concierge team.
•     Refund due to changes and cancellations will be subject to approval by the hotel.
•     Cancellation five (5) days or more prior transaction, 100% refund.

•     This ride requires a minimum of 4 confirmed passengers. 
•     If the minimum passenger requirement is not met one (1) day prior to the scheduled trip, The 
  Peninsula Manila reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the ride. 
•     For cancellations due to not meeting the minimum confirmed passenger requirement, guests will 
  be notified and coordinated with to arrange their next available opportunity. 
•     For confirmed shared flights, guests are required to settle one (1) day prior to the flight through 
  the following options: Secured Online Payment Link or With Front Desk
•     Guests are required to arrive at the designated meeting point at The Peninsula Manila’s Lobby at 
  least one (1) hour prior to the scheduled departure time to undergo a brief safety briefing at The 
  Gallery Club Lounge.
•      Passenger safety is our topmost priority. All clients are required to adhere to the safety regulations 
  and instructions provided the hotel and Air Taxi PH personnel. This includes, but is not limited to, 
  wearing the provided safety equipment, remaining seated during flight, and refraining from 
  interfering with the pilot or aircraft controls.
•      The Peninsula Manila shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events 
  beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, 
  terrorism, or government regulations.
•      Helicopter rides involve inherent risks. The Peninsula Manila in partnership with Air Taxi PH
  maintains liability insurance as required by law. However, clients acknowledge and assume all risks 
  associated with participation. The Peninsula Manila and Air Taxi Ph will not be liable for any 
  personal injury, property damage, or other losses, except in cases of gross negligence or willful 
  misconduct.
•      The Peninsula Manila and Air Taxi PH reserves the right to use any photographs or videos taken 
  during the ride for promotional purposes, unless clients explicitly state otherwise in writing. Guests
  are permitted to take personal photographs and videos, provided they do not interfere with the 
  safety or operation of the helicopter.
•      No alcohol is permitted on board the aircraft. Guests are also prohibited from bringing on board 
  any items that could be considered dangerous or harmful, including but not limited to firearms, 
  explosives, and flammable materials.

•     Children aged 12 years old and below are not permitted at The Gallery Club Lounge. For guests travelling with children, breakfast can be taken at Escolta restaurant, afternoon tea and evening cocktails can be taken in an alternate venue with a set menu.
