Junior guests of The Peninsula Manila eager to learn the ABCs of easy-to-make Filipino desserts can join the Sweet Halo Halo Making & Pen Bear Chocolate Decorating Class and learn how to make halo-halo which is a compound Tagalog (the Philippine national language) word for “mix-mix” because halo-halo means just that – to mix in a glass layers of cooked fruit, egg custard, pulses, shaved ice and ice-cream and scooping it up with a spoon. There will also be a chocolate Peninsula Bear Decorating Class. Adult guests are welcome to join too!
Additional Details:
- The program runs for three (3) hours; schedule may vary based on guest request and chef availability.
- Reservations are required to be made at least one (1) week in advance.
- Participants should be a maximum of six persons.
- Participants must be at least 4 years old; those under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
