The Peninsula Spa and Wellness Centre is a tranquil retreat, located on a serene floor of the hotel. It offers a blend of ancient and contemporary therapies designed to enhance guest wellness and deliver rejuvenating beauty results. Guests can indulge in a range of treatments, including massages, facials, and full-body therapies, as well as rituals incorporating Ayurvedic aromatherapy. All treatments are provided in the privacy of seven exclusive treatment rooms, including one couples treatment room. Separate steam and sauna rooms are available for men and women, along with a relaxation lounge featuring heated lounge chairs.

As the exclusive partner of The Peninsula London, Errol Douglas Hair Salon presents Errol Douglas MBE and his team's professional hairdressing skills to hotel guests. As an internationally renowned and award-winning hairstylist, Errol is a highly sought after industry expert known for his exceptional techniques and outstanding hairstyle design and styling. The Atelier has skilled and passionate hairstylists who can meet the needs of various hairstyles, hair qualities, and hair colours, providing personalized experiences to ensure that you leave with a radiant and confident look. The Atelier offers a range of hairdressing, hair cutting, and blow drying services, as well as personal beauty services such as nail art, pedicures, eyebrow shape, and hair removal. Upon request, hotel guests can also comfortably enjoy these hair and nail services in their rooms.
