Pets and Service Animals Policy

The Peninsula London recognises the importance of your four-legged friends and are delighted to welcome domestic pets and emotional support animals to the hotel at a fee of £50 per night, per dog. Please notify us of the weight and breed of your pet prior to booking. 
 
Please note, service animals stay free of charge. 

To ensure the utmost comfort for your pet, we offer a variety of pet-sitting services and amenities:

• Plush dog and cat beds
• Feeding bowls
• Tailored menus
• Welcome Treat
• Pet-friendly towel
• Serving Tray

We also provide pet-walking services, so your companion can stretch their legs and enjoy the beautiful parks surrounding the hotel (subject to availability).
 
Pets under 10kg are welcome in the hotel’s restaurants and bars however we kindly request that pets are not left alone. Please note that pets are not permitted in The Peninsula Spa & Wellness Centre.
 
In case of any dispute, The Peninsula London reserves the right to charge guests for any stains or damages caused by the pets. We reserve the right of interpretation to the extent permitted by the applicable laws.
