Soleil by Claude brings the sun-soaked spirit of the French Riviera to the rooftop of The Peninsula London this summer. From 15 July to early September 2026. Chef Claude Bosi transforms the eighth-floor Brooklands restaurant into a vibrant coastal escape, perfect for leisurely or lunches and sunset dinners with panoramic views over Hyde Park and Knightsbridge.
The Mediterranean-inspired menu showcases fresh British seafood and seasonal produce: from roasted dover sole to slow-cooked lamb shoulder, blue fin tuna, and light pasta dishes. A curated selection of chilled rosés, elegant wines, and signature cocktails completes the experience.
Soleil by Claude is London’s ultimate rooftop destination for sun-drenched dining and late-summer soirées.
