Three Chefs, Three Feasts by The Peninsula

This fall, The Peninsula Istanbul will host an exquisite culinary experience as part of The Peninsula’s exclusive dining series, Three Chefs, Three Feasts. The event, which will take place at GALLADA on 21 October 2025, will bring together a trio of Michelin-starred talents from The Peninsula’s European hotels.


Guests will savour a superlative six-course tasting menu, collaboratively created by the three internationally celebrated chefs: Chef David Bizet, of L’Oiseau Blanc at The Peninsula Paris; Chef Claude Bosi, of Brooklands by Claude Bosi at The Peninsula London; and The Peninsula Istanbul’s own Chef Fatih Tutak of GALLADA. The dinner will mark the culmination of the three-part series, following similar events held at the Peninsula’s properties in Paris (held on 13 May), and London (on 30 September).


The meal on GALLADA’s rooftop terrace will begin with refined welcome canapés, set against the backdrop of the glittering Bosphorus and the city beyond. The chefs and their teams will then take turns presenting the six dinner courses – each representing the signature flavours, ingredients, techniques, and traditions embodied by their respective restaurants. While each preparation will reflect the distinctive skill and inspiration of its creator, the menu – and the dining experience as a whole – will offer a sublime and harmonious celebration of culinary artistry.
