Servings: Four persons

  1. Soak dried shrimp for one hour until soft, set aside.
  2. Fry shredded taro for two to three minutes in medium-hot oil of 140-150°C until golden brown, set aside.
  3. Heat wok to 80°C and add oil, shredded pork and stir-fry for one minute.  Then add shredded taro, shredded carrots, dried shrimp, and chive flowers and stir-fry for one minute.
  4. Add sugar, salt and Chiu Chow Chilli Sauce and stir-fry again for 20 seconds. Ready to serve.

  • 60 gm Dried shrimp
  • 200 gm Chive flowers
  • 100 gm Shredded pork
  • 18 gm Shredded carrot
  • 540 gm Shredded taro

Seasoning:

  • 8 gm Sugar
  • 5 gm Salt
  • 15 gm Chiu Chow Chilli Sauce
