Servings: Four persons
- Soak dried shrimp for one hour until soft, set aside.
- Fry shredded taro for two to three minutes in medium-hot oil of 140-150°C until golden brown, set aside.
- Heat wok to 80°C and add oil, shredded pork and stir-fry for one minute. Then add shredded taro, shredded carrots, dried shrimp, and chive flowers and stir-fry for one minute.
- Add sugar, salt and Chiu Chow Chilli Sauce and stir-fry again for 20 seconds. Ready to serve.
