Servings: Four persons

  1. Season bean vermicelli with salt and soy sauce, set aside.
  2. Heat wok to 80°C, pan-fry prawns until cooked. Add in coriander, onion, minced shallots, minced garlic, shredded red pepper, and stir-fry for five to ten seconds. 
  3. Add in seasoned vermicelli, sugar, salt and XO Chilli Sauce, and stir-fry for 20 seconds. Cover and simmer for another one to two minutes, ready to serve.

  • 6 pieces Prawn
  • 60 gm Bean vermicelli
  • 5 gm Coriander
  • 5 gm Minced shallots
  • 5 gm Minced garlic 
  • 5 gm Shredded red pepper
  • 5 gm Salt
  • 10 gm Soy sauce

Seasoning:

  • 8 gm Sugar
  • 5 gm Salt
  • 15 gm XO Chilli Sauce
