Servings: Four persons
- Season bean vermicelli with salt and soy sauce, set aside.
- Heat wok to 80°C, pan-fry prawns until cooked. Add in coriander, onion, minced shallots, minced garlic, shredded red pepper, and stir-fry for five to ten seconds.
- Add in seasoned vermicelli, sugar, salt and XO Chilli Sauce, and stir-fry for 20 seconds. Cover and simmer for another one to two minutes, ready to serve.
