Han Therapy Summer Series
As summer begins, Yang energy naturally rises. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, “summer corresponds to the heart,” and seasonal wellness should therefore focus on nourishing the heart, protecting Yang energy, and eliminating dampness. Maintaining a calm and balanced state of mind is especially important during this season, helping to soothe heart fire and promote overall harmony.

The Summertime Han Therapy treatment is available from 5 May 2026 to 6 August 2026.
To further elevate the wellness journey, guests will be served with Voya Organic Fennel Tea, thoughtfully paired with a refreshing Chilled Sago Cream with Mango and Pomelo from Spring Moon, the Michelin-starred Cantonese restaurant at The Peninsula Hong Kong.
