Terms & Conditions:

  • The Promotion Period starts from 28 September to 8 October 2023 (both dates inclusive)
  • The Promotion is applicable to guests who have registered Premium Perfect Friend via "Peninsula Perfect Companion" WeChat Mini-Program.
  • This Promotion applies to spending made by Premium Perfect Friend at the shops inside The Peninsula Arcade of Hong Kong, within the Promotion Period.
  • Any spending or purchase relating to pre-paid services package, private or corporate functions at restaurants or shops at The Peninsula Arcades, gift cards, stored-value card, gift certificates, gift vouchers or cash coupons issued by any entity, deposit, exchange or refund receipts, are NOT eligible to the Promotion.
  • Premium Perfect Friend can receive HK$500 Gift Card from The Peninsula Hong Kong upon same-day spending of HK$30,000 – HK$79,999 from Peninsula Arcade; or receive HK$2,000 Gift Card from The Peninsula Hong Kong upon same-day spending of HK$80,000 or above from Peninsula Arcade. Premium Perfect Friend can receive additional HK$300 Gift Vouchers from The Peninsula Boutique & Café if accumulated spending from more than one shop on the day of redemption. 
  • Premium Perfect Friend must present the Peninsula Perfect Companion QR code, corresponding shopping receipts and electronic payment receipts at the Concierge on the day of purchase to redeem the reward. Redemption is available from 11am to 8pm daily.
  • Each customer guest can only redeem reward ONCE per day and each receipt can only be used once.  The reward is available on a first-come-first-served basis, while stock lasts. The reward may be replaced with another item without any prior notice.
  • Staff of The Peninsula Hotels or of The Peninsula Arcade tenants are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
  • In case of any dispute, the decision of The Peninsula Hotels shall be binding and final on all parties.
  • The Peninsula Hotels reserve the right to unilaterally amend or revise any terms and conditions of this promotion, or to terminate this promotion at any time, without prior notice.
