  2. How to join "Peninsula ·Perfect Companion", and become a Premium Perfect Friend?

     

    Users can register to become Premium Perfect Friends. You can register directly by scanning the QR code or entering the WeChat official account of the Peninsula Hotels (WeChat ID: 半岛酒店ThePeninsulaHotels), select "Peninsula ·Perfect Companion" in the menu bar and jump to the registration page. After completing this simple registration, you will become a Premium Perfect Friend.

     

  3. How to become a Ultimate Perfect Friend?

     

    Ultimate Perfect Friend, which will be launched later, will be available for the guests that spend up to 2 million RMB (approximately 2.4 million Hong Kong dollars) in one or more guest rooms, catering, SPA, Peninsula Gallery, and Peninsula Boutique in the Peninsula Hotels the Greater China (Beijing, Shanghai, Hong Kong).

    *Ultimate Perfect Friend will be launched in the first quarter of 2023, and then relevant details will be released.

     

  4. ‍‍What are benefits or privileges that I will get by using the "Peninsula· Perfect Companion" Mini Program?

     

    After completing the registration, Once check-in, the Premium Perfect Friends that directly book the rooms at the Peninsula Hotels the Greater China (Beijing, Shanghai, Hong Kong) through the Mini Program will receive a hearty breakfast* and even one-way transfer service, 7x24 hours online Perfect Companion service, and special privileges of "Peninsula Time". (*The Peninsula Beijing is an all-suite hotel. The courtesy car service is only available when the premium deluxe suites and above) are booked 

     

     

  5. After making a reservation via the "Peninsula· Perfect Companion" Mini Program, can my Perfect Friend membership be recognized after my arrival at the hotel?

     

    All you need to do is to open the Mini Program, touch the "Membership Code" in the middle of the menu bar at the bottom of the homepage and show it to the staff.

     

     

  6. Will I get a "Peninsula· Perfect Companion" membership card?

     

    For environmental protection and convenience, we do not provide physical membership cards. Each Perfect Friend will have an independent and unique membership QR code, which can be opened by touching the menu bar at the bottom of the "Peninsula· Perfect Companion" Mini Program and then the "Membership Code" in the middle.

     

  7. Which hotels can the "Peninsula· Perfect Companion" privilege be applicable to?

     

    It is applicable to three of The Peninsula Hotels in Greater China (Beijing, Shanghai, Hong Kong).

  9. Why now I can’t see the Perfect Privilege that I saw in the Mini Program earlier?

    The privilege of "Peninsula· Perfect Companion" is usually related to its type or seasonality, and thus time-limited. For example, the Perfect welcome gift is usually valid for one month after registration, and the Perfect birthday gift is valid during the birthday of the member. And some other privileges are also time-limited.

    When booking through the "Peninsula· Perfect Companion" Mini Program, touch the "Homepage" to enter "My Coupons", which will display the details and relevant use terms of time-limited Perfect welcome gifts and Perfect birthday gifts.   12. Why do I need to fill in the name that matches that on the valid certificate when registering?

     

    When using exclusive rights or privileges of Perfect Companion on site, the registered name consistent with that on the valid certificate will be used for identification of the Perfect Friends.

    We prepare Perfect birthday gifts for each Perfect Friend on his/her birthday.

Peninsula· Perfect Companion is a digital intelligent service for Perfect Friend members without the credit point system. Unlike other membership plans in which members must accumulate a certain amount of points to enjoy relevant benefits, you only need to complete the registration through a few simple steps, book relevant privileges via the "Peninsula· Perfect Companion" Mini Program, and check in the Peninsula Hotel (Beijing , Shanghai, Hong Kong) to get a hearty breakfast and one-way courtesy car service (in the Peninsula Beijing, it is available only when members book premium luxury suites and above); After booking relevant privileges of restaurants and SPAs via the Mini Program, members will have a 300 yuan(or dollar) deduction for the first purchase in local currency (RMB or HKD) and a 10% discount for all dining rooms and SPAs throughout the year.
