Frequently Asked Questions

TICKETING: All guests of The Quail will receive a ticket and parking pass. Upon purchasing tickets, guests are given the option to provide a shipping address or elect to have their event items held at will call.
WILL CALL: Will Call will be available from 10am-5pm on Wednesday 16 August until Friday 18 August at All Saints’ Day School, 8060 Carmel Valley Road, Carmel-By-The-Sea, CA 93923. Guests must present a valid form of ID to retrieve their tickets.
ATTIRE: Attendees are encouraged to dress comfortably for the garden-party atmosphere. Light layers of clothing are recommended, as the coastal mornings can be quite cool while afternoon temperatures may reach the mid 70s.
VEHICLE PARKING: Car parking is included for all ticket holders, and each guest will receive an assigned parking pass and e-mailed parking information prior to attending The Quail. During the event, on-site parking attendants will direct all cars to the designated areas.
PET FRIENDLY: Quail Lodge & Golf Club is a pet friendly property, including events on the practice range and selected outdoor areas. We ask that dogs remain on a leash, and owners pick up after their animals, so as to not disturb other guests.
ACCOMMODATION: Although Quail Lodge currently has no rooms available during The Quail, we are happy to place you on our waitlist. Should a room become available, we will contact you immediately. Please note, rooms are not usually released at this stage, so making alternative arrangements is advised. We recommend www.resort2me.com, which features hotels available for booking on the Monterey Peninsula.
