SCHEDULING AND APPOINTMENTS
If you are late for your scheduled appointment time, we will only be able to provide services in the time remaining and you will be charged the full service fee. To ensure appointments are available for every client, we request at least (6) six hours advance notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling, or you will be charged the full service fee. We have both male and female therapists to serve you. If you have a preference, please specify when arranging your appointment.
DURING YOUR VISIT
For the comfort and consideration of other guests, we ask that you please turn off all cell phones and pagers. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the spa facilities.
To ensure that you receive the complete benefit of your service, it is recommended that all spa patrons drink plenty of water prior to their treatment as well as afterwards. Please advise your therapist of any allergies, injuries, or other conditions prior to treatment.
Professional-quality spa products are available for your continued care at home. You are welcome to purchase products at the spa desk and we will ship to you anywhere within the world. Shipping charges will apply.
In-room spa services include massage, manicures and facials. There is an additional 20% surcharge for all in-room services. We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover as forms of payment. If you are staying at the hotel, you may also charge spa services and products to your room. Gratuities are not included in your service. If you feel you would like to show appreciation to your technician, you may leave them a gratuity in a special envelope available at the spa’s reception desk. Spa products are subject to 9.5% of the state sales tax.
