High above the Chao Phraya River, Paribatra sets the stage for Effervescence, an exclusive Chef’s Table experience at The Peninsula Bangkok. Curated by Executive Chef Hans Zahner, this seven course journey blends modern French gastronomy with the elegance of Charles Heidsieck Champagne.
From the radiant Brut Réserve to the rare Blanc des Millénaires, each cuvée is thoughtfully paired with dishes that surprise and delight. Highlights include Wagyu Tartare with Oyster, Roasted Langoustine, and Wild Sea Bass with Caviar.
With only one private party hosted each evening (2 to 12 guests), Effervescence offers a rare and personalized celebration of taste, craft, and Champagne set against the glittering Bangkok skyline.
