Kyoto Tsuruya

Sister to the famous Kyoto Kaiseki restaurant awarded three Michelin stars in 2010, diners can expect a sophisticated dining experience in contemporary surroundings as well as private rooms. Traditionally, Kaiseki was a light meal served at a Japanese tea ceremony, but is now the term used to describe haute cuisine, served in the style of a light meal as a tasting menu. Here, meticulous service is matched with technically perfect presentation of the freshest seasonal ingredients.
