
Rooftop Garden Tour and Michelin-Starred Lunch

Tucked away on The Peninsula Paris rooftop is a small green oasis, where the hotel’s chefs grow a variety of herbs and edible flowers for their culinary creations. A special Peninsula Academy experience lets guests learn about these ingredients, and sample some of them, alongside Executive Chef David Bizet – whose own Michelin-starred cuisine spotlights fresh and locally grown produce.
After exploring the garden, participants can enjoy some of Chef Bizet’s exquisite dishes with an elegant lunch at L’Oiseau Blanc, the top-floor restaurant that takes French gastronomy to new heights. The Chef Sommelier and his brigade will also offer a selection of wines during this memorable lunch, pairing with the fine cuisine of Chef Bizet.
