All guests and employees are required to undergo body temperature check before entering the premises.
Front and back-of-the-house employees are wearing masks and / or gloves, the combination depending on function. A professional full-length sanitising machine has been introduced for all employees as they enter the building.
We encourage all guests to wash hands frequently with liquid soap and water or perform hand hygiene with 70 to 80% alcohol-based hand rub sanitiser which we have provided complimentary in each guest room.
If you have a fever or other respiratory symptoms during your stay with us, please wear a surgical mask, avoid going to crowded places and contact our Duty Manager immediately.
All restaurant bookings are confirmed based on the social distancing measures at time of booking; the Hotel reserves the right to amend the bookings or seating arrangements to comply with subsequent changes to the measures introduced by the authorities

Spring Moon: 11:30 am to 11:00 pm (Mondays to Saturdays) / 11:00 am to 11:00 pm (Sundays and Public Holidays)
Gaddi’s: 12:00 pm to 10:30 pm (Tuesdays to Saturdays)
The Lobby: 7:00 am to 10:00 pm (Sundays to Thursdays) / 7:00 am to 10:30 pm (Fridays and Saturdays)
Chesa: 11:30 am to 11:00 pm (Daily)
Felix: 5:30 pm to 1:00 am (Daily) / 11:00 am to 2:30 pm (Sunday Brunch)
The Verandah and The Verandah Café: 12:00 pm to 10:00 pm (Daily)
Imasa: 12:00 pm to 10:30 pm (Daily)
Poolside Dining: Temporary closed from 7 January until 21 January 2023 for essential maintenance work
The Peninsula Spa: 10:00 am to 8:00 pm (Mondays to Thursdays) / 9:00 am to 10:00 pm (Fridays to Sundays and Public Holidays)
The Fitness Centre: 6:00 am to 9:30 pm (Daily)
Swimming Pool: Temporary closed from 7 January until 21 January 2023 for essential maintenance work
Sun Terrace: 8:00 am to 9:30 pm (Daily)
The Bar: 4:00 pm to 12:00 am (Tuesdays to Saturdays)
