Terms and Conditions:
  1. *10% commission is based on the actual paid monetary value of the treatment, and is applicable on materialised spa bookings at the regular retail price made 24 hours in advance by booker for both Peninsula in-house guests and non-in-house spa customers, subject to hotel’s confirmation upon request. We regret that spa products purchased are non-commissionable.
  2. **10% commission is based on the actual paid monetary value of the Peninsula Academy programme, and is applicable on materialised bookings at the regular retail price made 24 hours in advance by booker for both Peninsula in-house guests and non-in-house customers in some hotel locations, subject to hotel’s confirmation upon request.

  5. Benefits are combinable with the benefits offered in other Peninsula Packages but the same benefits cannot be repeated
  6. Benefits and amenities are only applicable for reservation made with the hotel directly at hotel’s Best Available Rate
  7. PenClub promotions (e.g. complimentary night promotion / additional commission) is not combinable with other packages (e.g. Luxury in Advance rates, Peninsula Family Moments, Suite Experience, etc)
  8. In case of dispute, the hotel reserves the right to make the final decision
