Wellness Festival

Join us for a three-day urban retreat that celebrates health and wellbeing, featuring a compelling selection of wellness-related activities and workshops. This event is curated around the theme ‘Unleash Your Longevity Potential,’ and showcases our extensive, newly enhanced Wellness offerings. The festival offers participants a robust line-up of wellness-related activities and seminars, including healthy-cooking workshops, exercise classes with fitness coaches and meditation courses guided by an esteemed mindfulness practitioner. 


Entry to the Wellness Festival is priced at: 

 

One-Class Pass: THB 790 net per person

Includes access to one class

 

One-Day Pass: THB 1,990 net per person

Includes access to three (3) classes in one day. Additional class sign-ups beyond this entitlement are subject to same-day availability at THB 790 per session.

 

Three-Day Single Pass: THB 2,990 net per person

Includes access to five (5) classes for one person. Additional class sign-ups beyond this entitlement are subject to same-day availability at THB 790 per session.

 

Three-Day Pass for Two: THB 4,500 net for two persons

Includes access to ten (10) classes for two persons. Additional class sign-ups beyond this entitlement are subject to same-day availability at THB 790 per session.

Dr. May

Dr. May is a rehabilitation and anti-ageing specialist with over 20 years’ experience. She is a pioneer in trigger point pain therapy and served as personal physician for Artiwara “Toon” Kongmalai during his 2,000-km charity run.
