In a city where crispy lechon and rich adobo abounds, it’s all too easy to see your carefully prepared physique go from Boracay beach-ready to really-quite-heavy. But thankfully, in Manila, a quick exercise sesh can be just as much fun as last night’s sinful supper. Get your pulse pounding with these offbeat and certifiably enjoyable workouts – minus the #fitspo faff.

Of course, before the sweating can start, one must look the part. Skip the compression tights and get kitted with street tees and gym bags at the TeamManila Lifestyle Store.
