Narin Couture
As was once famously proclaimed on London’s Savile Row, only potatoes wear jackets, while gentlemen wear coats and sport their sartorial swag on well-cut sleeves. To ensure that the fashion police are never hot on your tails, it’s essential to enlist the services of a master tailor. However, in Bangkok this can be easier said than done, with many a bargain bodger trying to sew up a too-good-to-be-true deal. Thankfully, Narin Couture is not one of them. This trusted couturier has been dressing the city’s distinguished denizens for nigh on 20 years.

Thai-Chinese tailor Mr Narin honed his craft at the prestigious school of couture and design, Chambre Syndicale de la Couture Parisienne, then spent five years in the City of Light refining his line. Returning to Bangkok, he set up shop, unrivalled in his ability to create a fully-canvassed suit; superior sewing skills that have seen him become one of the city’s most sought-after clothiers. Expect excellent service, fine fabrics from the likes of Ermenegildo Zegna, Loro Piana and Dormeuil, and spectacular suits. They’ll also make dresses for the missus. Forget the cat’s pyjamas, this place is the cat’s particulars!
